CEO/ Chairman of the Board Centcom Realty Corporation
 In March 2003, David Pemberton founded Centcom Realty Corporation for the purpose of acquisition, redevelopment and leasing of Centcom owned properties. In August 2003, Centcom acquired a West Texas retail portfolio that was comprised of six dominant neighborhood shopping centers with approximately 700,000 square feet.
David began his real estate career in 1986 with First Newport Realty, Inc. / Dunning Development Corporation as a Leasing Agent specializing in leasing grocery anchored and neighborhood shopping centers. David later became Leasing Director of the Southwest Region of National Property Analysts, a Philadelphia-based commercial real estate company. In 1989, David returned to Dallas and Dunning Development Corporation and was later one of the original brokers to start United Commercial Realty, Inc., then a division of Dunning Development Corporation. In 1991 David formed Tricor Realty, a shopping center leasing company specializing in landlord representation. In 2002 David merged Tricor with United Commercial Realty and became President of Landlord Representation. With this merger, Tricor brought over 5 million square feet of shopping centers to United Commercial Realty, creating the largest third party leasing company in Texas.

Ms. Shelton joined Centcom Realty Corporation in October of 2010 bringing over 30 years of Real Estate experience. Sue provides to Centcom extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and forecasting of Real Estate Business plans.
Sue began her career with Fox & Jacobs, Inc as Land Accounting Manager working with Land Buyers, Accountants and Brokers to track the acquisition, development, and pricing of residential lots.
In 1984, Sue joined Sunbelt Service Corporation as REO Accounting Manager. There she worked with Legal, Asset Management, and Accounting to track the performance of distressed loans. Sue work with upper management and Federal Regulators on the timing of legal actions related to the distressed assets.
After having the opportunity of working on the Lender’s side of the industry, Sue decided to get more involved in the Acquisition, Leasing, Development, and Management working with Dallas based companies such as ATX, Inc, Alltex, Inc and Today Realty Advisors, Inc. She worked with Lenders and legal to contract and close over $3.2 billion dollars in Real Estate Acquisitions and loans. Additionally, Sue worked closely with the construction managers, brokers, property management and developers to complete the building and lease up of the projects.
Sue has a Bachelor of Science degree from East Texas A & M with double major in Agribusiness and Accounting. |

Executive Vice President Centcom Realty Corporation

As an Executive Vice President of Acquisitions with Centcom Realty Corporation, John P. Levinski is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and acquiring retail investment opportunities throughout the United States. John, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, joined Centcom Realty Corporation in 2001 is also responsible for dispositions. Prior to joining Centcom Realty Corporation, John had four years of commercial banking and twelve years of commercial brokerage experience, five of those years with Cushman & Wakefield specializing in retail investment sales and seven years with Post Oak Asset Advisors primarily specializing in multi-family investment sales.
In the past ten years, John has been directly involved in the sale of 6.4 million square feet or $510 million of retail properties. John is a graduate of Texas State University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. In 1994, he received his Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in International Business and Management / Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. John is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.

Executive Vice President Centcom Realty Corporation

Warren entered commercial real estate in 1988, working for Dunning Development Corporation, a Dallas based real estate development company that later became United Commercial Development, where he served as the assistant to the controller, handling accounting for over 22 shopping centers.
From 1991 through 1997 he administered the leasing for Tricor Realty Corp. of over 54 shopping centers located in Dallas and Houston, while representing retailers and restaurants in Houston, Oklahoma City, Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Seattle. He was also responsible for analyzing investment and development opportunities for Tricor. From 1997 through early 2000, he was a development partner with a national developer of over $100 million of properties located in Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and California, including power centers, high-rise mixed-use properties, and office buildings. He reunited with Tricor in early 2001.
In September 2002 Tricor merged with United Commercial Realty and Warren became Senior Vice President and later joined Centcom Realty Corporation to handle marketing and leasing. He holds a degree in Real Estate/Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and SMU Real Estate Society and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He is an advisory board member of Operation Enduring Support and the underwriting chair for the 2011 Art + Advocacy Auction benefitting the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center.

Leasing Associate Centcom Realty Corporation
Matt brings his expertise to Centcom Realty from several sectors of commercial real estate. Matt started his entrepreneurial career by financing and acquiring a chain of grocery stores throughout the DFW Metroplex.
After exiting from the grocery stores, Matt moved to the commercial development side and went to work as an analyst for Worth Williams Properties, a Dallas based commercial real estate acquisition and development firm.
Lastly, Matt was a Managing Partner at the RM Companies, a commercial franchise acquisition and development company.
Matt was raised in Texas and is the holder of a Texas Real Estate Commission’s salesperson license.

Kristen started her career in 1993 with Denton County MHMR as a Private Insurance administrator. In 1998 she decided to look for a more challenging opportunity in Real Estate by taking on a position with one of Dallas’ growing Real Estate Investment companies. Over the past 14 years she has been Executive Assistant in the Dallas market working to support the acquisition, management, and financing of over 3 billion in commercial real estate assets. Kristen has worked hand in hand with Brokers, Attorney’s and Lenders to collect Due Diligence, coordinate the distribution of documentation, and support the closing of transactions. All while maintaining the day-to-day administrative support to both Management, In-House Brokers, and In-House Legal counsel.
Kristen joined the Centcom team in March 2011. Here she will capitalize on her Real Estate experience by providing support while providing her detailed organizational skills to both operations and leasing effort.

Property Accountant Centcom Realty Corporaiton
Pam has been a Corporate Account and/ or a Property Accountant for over 30 years. She began her career in real estate accounting with Hunt Properties Inc. as a Corporate Accountant in 1981. She had the accounting responsibility of the corporate books and property books and records managed by Hunt on behalf of third party partnership Owners. After leaving Hunt, Pam continued to expand her real estate knowledge by working for Trinity Interests, Inc. as a Senior Property Accountant. At Trinity Interests, she handled a real estate portfolio of 15 +commercial properties books, their General Partners books and the investment partnership books and records.. There she prepared reports for Investors, and Lenders. Pam’s diversified property accounting knowledge includes the operations of Multi-family, Office, and Retail, as well as construction accounting. Over the years Pam has been called upon numerous times to collaborate with Management to research, build and establish records for foreclosed REO. Pam’s knowledge and tenacity provide the ground work to bring what history that was available to confirm to GAAP standards and provide an accounting base to build upon.
Pam has a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Management from the University of Guam (Mangilao, Guam )(U.S. Territory). Currently she is working on her CPA certification.

Muse/Pemberton LLC Buys Wyndham Plaza in Southlake, TX
Summary: Muse/Pemberton LLC announces the acquisition of Wyndham Plaza, a 70,000 square foot shopping center located in Southlake at FM 1709(Southlake Blvd.) and Nolen Rd. The center is anchored by New Balance, Einstein's Bagels, Sleep Experts, Fish City Grill, My Fit Foods, The Vitamin Shoppe and Wildwood American Grill and shadow anchored by Costco, 24 Hour Fitness and Weir's Furniture. John Levinski and Warren Houser of Centcom Realty Corp. represented the buyer in the transaction. Muse/Pemberton LLC was formed by John Muse and David Pemberton to acquire well located shopping center assets in core retail markets in the southwest, and Wyndham Plaza is the second acquisition in less than a year. The first property acquired is Windhaven Park shopping center, an 87,000 square foot newly constructed retail center located at Windhaven Parkway and Dallas North Tollway in West Plano. Over 30,000 square feet of new leases in that center have been completed since its acquisition in late 2010.
