CEO/President Centcom Realty Corporation
 In March 2003, David Pemberton founded Centcom Realty Corporation for the purpose of acquisition, redevelopment and leasing of Centcom owned properties. In August 2003, Centcom acquired a West Texas retail portfolio that was comprised of six dominant neighborhood shopping centers with approximately 700,000 square feet.
David began his real estate career in 1986 with First Newport Realty, Inc. / Dunning Development Corporation as a Leasing Agent specializing in leasing grocery anchored and neighborhood shopping centers. David later became Leasing Director of the Southwest Region of National Property Analysts, a Philadelphia-based commercial real estate company. In 1989, David returned to Dallas and Dunning Development Corporation and was later one of the original brokers to start United Commercial Realty, Inc., then a division of Dunning Development Corporation. In 1991 David formed Tricor Realty, a shopping center leasing company specializing in landlord representation. In 2002 David merged Tricor with United Commercial Realty and became President of Landlord Representation. With this merger, Tricor brought over 5 million square feet of shopping centers to United Commercial Realty, creating the largest third party leasing company in Texas.

Executive Vice President Centcom Realty Corporation

As an Executive Vice President of Acquisitions with Centcom Realty Corporation, John P. Levinski is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and acquiring retail investment opportunities throughout the United States. John, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, joined Centcom Realty Corporation in 2001 is also responsible for dispositions. Prior to joining Centcom Realty Corporation, John had four years of commercial banking and twelve years of commercial brokerage experience, five of those years with Cushman & Wakefield specializing in retail investment sales and seven years with Post Oak Asset Advisors primarily specializing in multi-family investment sales.
In the past ten years, John has been directly involved in the sale of 6.4 million square feet or $510 million of retail properties. John is a graduate of Texas State University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. In 1994, he received his Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in International Business and Management / Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. John is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.

Executive Vice President Centcom Realty Corporation

Warren entered commercial real estate in 1988, working for Dunning Development Corporation, a Dallas based real estate development company that later became United Commercial Development, where he served as the assistant to the controller, handling accounting for over 22 shopping centers.
From 1991 through 1997 he administered the leasing for Tricor Realty Corp. of over 54 shopping centers located in Dallas and Houston, while representing retailers and restaurants in Houston, Oklahoma City, Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Seattle. He was also responsible for analyzing investment and development opportunities for Tricor. From 1997 through early 2000, he was a development partner with a national developer of over $100 million of properties located in Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and California, including power centers, high-rise mixed-use properties, and office buildings. He reunited with Tricor in early 2001.
In September 2002 Tricor merged with United Commercial Realty and Warren became Senior Vice President and later joined Centcom Realty Corporation to handle marketing and leasing. He holds a degree in Real Estate/Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and SMU Real Estate Society and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Terry joined Centcom Realty Corporation in January 2006. Her career began in 1986 with Arthur Young & Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma working with Tax, Audit and the Management Consulting departments to publish and distribute proposals, presentation and financial statement for the Tulsa office. In 1989, Terry joined Flint Resources Company which was a private holding company with interest in a variety of domestic and international businesses where she reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Moving to Florida in 1996, she joined Grand Detour Associates. As Office Manager, she coordinated the accounting and administrative activities of 20 individual private trust. Moving to the Dallas area, she joined GE Capital Real Estate as a loan analyst for the New York Region debt portfolio. In 2005, she was promoted to Team Process Leader and received the “Committed to Excellence” Award for a successful pilot program and effective rollout of transitioning 5,000+ loans to the Dallas office.

Verizon Renewal/Expansion, Lewisville, Texas
Summary: After ten years of success in one of its best locations in the metroplex, Verizon has decided to expand and remodel their store in the Vista Grove shopping center in Lewisville, Texas. The expansion will bring Verizon’s space to 4,684 square feet. The location is in front of Vista Ridge Mall at the southeast corner of I-35 and Round Grove Rd. (F.M.3040). The renovation will be complete in late summer 2008. Verizon is one of the nations leading providers of wireless and wireline communications serving more than 67 million customers nationwide. Tuesday Morning Opening Summer 2008, South Padre Island, Texas
Summary: Tuesday Morning is opening a new store on South Padre Island. The new store is 6,225 square feet and will be located at Plaza 410, conveniently located across the causeway bridge in the first shopping center on the island. Tuesday Morning plans on opening the new store June 3, 2008. They decided to come to the island after opening successful stores in the nearby markets of Harlingen and Brownsville. Tuesday Morning is a dynamic retail chain of over 810 stores across the United States specializing in selling deeply discounted, upscale home accessories and gifts. Mattress Giant Opening May 2008, Lewisville, Texas
Summary: Mattress Giant is relocating its Lewisville, Texas store. The new store will be located in the Vista Grove Shopping Center in a 5,000 square foot end cap location at the southeast corner of I-35 and Round Grove Rd. (F.M.3040). Mattress Giant decided to make this strategic decision to relocate from the southeast corner of I-35 and F.M.3040 because the new larger location has better exposure to I-35 and is located closer to Vista Ridge Mall. Sleep Experts Opens New Location, Dallas, Texas
Summary: Sleep Experts recently opened at Prestonwood Court Shopping Center, located at the SE quadrant of Arapaho & the N. Dallas Parkway, in part of the former Larry’s Shoes space. The owners of Prestonwood Court recently completed a renovation of the building façade that provides increased signage visibility from the Tollway.
