Collin Creek Village is located on the NW corner of N. Central Expressway/Hwy 75 and Plano Pkwy.  Container Store is vacating their building at the end of May, 2010 and a major renovation is planned when they vacate.  The building will be remodeled to allow multiple tenants for this building.  National Co-Tenants include Marshall's, Office Depot, CompUSA, Ulta Cosmetics, Pier 1, Men's Wearhouse, Jason's Deli, Catherine's Plus Sizes, Mattress Firm, TGI Friday's, Fedex Kinkos, Subway and Sprint.  The center is located between two entrances to Collin Creek Mall.
