Here are the steps to leasing space with Centcom Realty Corporation 

1. Determine which space you are interested in leasing.

2. Download relevant property information from the Properties Page.
3. Contact us for rental rate and current availability information.
4. Download the Lease Application and Financial Statement files to fill out.  If you already have a current financial statement on file, your form should be acceptable.
5. Submit the completed Lease Application and Financial Statement to us, either via facsimile at 214-871-5075 or via e-mail to warren@centcomrealtycorp.com.
6. Once we have reviewed and approved your information, we will send you 3 copies of the lease to review.  You may download a blank copy of the lease to begin reviewing by clicking on the link below.
7. Sign on all 3 copies of the lease where indicated and initial at the bottom of each page.
8. Return all 3 leases to CENTCOM along with checks for prepaid rent and security deposit.  Once the leases are fully executed, we will return one original copy to you.  Only a fully executed lease shall constitute a binding agreement.

Muse/Pemberton LLC Buys Wyndham Plaza in Southlake, TX
Summary: Muse/Pemberton LLC announces the acquisition of Wyndham Plaza, a 70,000 square foot shopping center located in Southlake at FM 1709(Southlake Blvd.) and Nolen Rd. The center is anchored by New Balance, Einstein's Bagels, Sleep Experts, Fish City Grill, My Fit Foods, The Vitamin Shoppe and Wildwood American Grill and shadow anchored by Costco, 24 Hour Fitness and Weir's Furniture. John Levinski and Warren Houser of Centcom Realty Corp. represented the buyer in the transaction. Muse/Pemberton LLC was formed by John Muse and David Pemberton to acquire well located shopping center assets in core retail markets in the southwest, and Wyndham Plaza is the second acquisition in less than a year. The first property acquired is Windhaven Park shopping center, an 87,000 square foot newly constructed retail center located at Windhaven Parkway and Dallas North Tollway in West Plano. Over 30,000 square feet of new leases in that center have been completed since its acquisition in late 2010.
