Summary: Muse/Pemberton LLC announces the acquisition of Wyndham Plaza, a 70,000 square foot shopping center located in Southlake at FM 1709(Southlake Blvd.) and Nolen Rd. The center is anchored by New Balance, Einstein's Bagels, Sleep Experts, Fish City Grill, My Fit Foods, The Vitamin Shoppe and Wildwood American Grill and shadow anchored by Costco, 24 Hour Fitness and Weir's Furniture. John Levinski and Warren Houser of Centcom Realty Corp. represented the buyer in the transaction. Muse/Pemberton LLC was formed by John Muse and David Pemberton to acquire well located shopping center assets in core retail markets in the southwest, and Wyndham Plaza is the second acquisition in less than a year.
